HIRE the hall

MAIN HALL

The hall is a fantastic venue for all your parties, celebrations, weddings, meetings, etc.  There is a wide entrance lobby which has direct access into the main hall.  This is a lovely bright, open space (14.5m x 7.0m) with  a raised stage area (7.0m x 5.0m) ideal for bands, DJs and all forms of entertainment.  There are fire exits to the front and rear of the hall.

The hall can comfortably accommodate 80 seated for functions with eating around tables and 120 with rows of audience seating or open space hall with perimeter seating for dancing, etc. There are tables and chairs for use and the hall can be decorated to your own requirements.

FACILITIES

At ground floor level (adjacent to main hall) there is a spacious kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities available for use.  Also on this floor is a conveniently located disabled wc.  General toilets are located on the lower level.

SMALL HALL

At the lower level there is also a separate small hall (9.1m x 4.6m) which is perfect for club and group meetings.  There is a fire exit to the rear of the hall.

Hire charges

Ad Hoc

£15/ per hour

For one off bookings- children's parties/ events

Regular

£12.50/ per hour

For hirers with a recurring booking- minimum of x 4 dates to qualify for this rate.

A deposit may be required

How to hire the hall

If you would like to view the hall:

You can arrange a viewing of the hall by sending a message via the contact form above. Alternatively send us a Whatsapp message. Please allow up to 2 working days for a response.

If you would like to book the hall:

Using the availability calendar below click the + icon on your chosen day. If you already have a Hallmaster account you will be asked to log in. If you do not have an account you will be prompted to create one. Once you have done this you will be able to submit booking requests. It is not possible to create a booking less than 48 hours in advance. If you do want to book last minute, please send a message via the contact form we may still be able to accommodate you.

If you would like to change or cancel your booking:

Find your booking on the calendar, click on the event and log in to hallmaster. You will then be able to submit a booking change request or cancellation request. This is only possible a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
